Organic farming

Winemaking
The clean must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18º C. The wine is allowed to rest a few months on its lees and bottled after making the right blend.

Tasting notes
It is a straw-colored wine with intense aroma of white fruits and citrus with some suggestions of herbs. The palate is balanced, fresh with good acidity and has a lingering finish. During the first 3 years of bottling it will remain in the best conditions. Serve it very cold, between 6°C and 8°C.
