Winemaking
This wine is a blend of three red varieties. Each has been macerated a certain time until desired color extraction. Subsequently, the wort has been drained and then racked and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16°C and 18°C. Once the fermentation has finished, the most appropriate blend is chosen. Finally it has been clarified, filtered and bottled.

Tasting notes
This wine has an intense strawberry color, with powerful aromas of blackberry bramble and raspberries, with hints of red fruits. It is fresh on the palate, has aromas and taste of wild fruits, also some creaminess and a long aftertaste. It will remain in top condition during the first 2 years of bottling. Drink it very cold, between 6 and 8 ° C, and accompanied by light meals.
