Vinification
In stainless steel tanks with gentle pumping over and sinking of the cap for 2 weeks at a temperature of 25ºC. After the malolactic fermentation, the aging lasts for 10 months in a clay jar and a 500-liter french oak barrel. This wine has not been cold stabilized and, therefore, can present tartaric precipitations.
Cellar note
Cherry color with medium layer. Pleasant aroma with appearance of subtle aromas of ripe black fruit and with sensations of Mediterranean herbs and light lactic touches.
